Local homes. Different yards.

Whether you’re settling into a new home or refreshing a space you already love, start with what matters to you.

WOODFOREST

A plan that fits your property.

Tell us about shade, existing trees and the outdoor spaces you use most. For changes that need architectural review, have your section’s current guidelines ready to discuss.

GRAND CENTRAL PARK

Make the yard feel like yours.

Start with beds, mulch, seasonal color or tree placement. If you’re considering larger changes, share your survey and any current association requirements with your request.

Independent local service. QuietScapes is not affiliated with either association and does not guarantee architectural approval. No structural, engineering or sprinkler inspections are included.

A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS

Before you get started.

Don’t see your question?
Call 936-445-6758

Do I need to know my exact lawn size?

No. Choose an approximate grass area or select “I’m not sure.” Lawn size helps us understand the property. Planting-bed area, quantities, materials and site conditions are assessed separately for landscape work.

Is the yard plan an instant price or a booking?

No. This planner prepares a project brief for your estimate. Landscaping is custom-quoted. When applicable, the mowing reference is a starting rate for qualifying lawns, subject to property condition, access and route availability. No payment is collected and no visit is booked here.

Can I combine cleanup, mulch and planting?

Yes. Select the services you want to discuss. We can prioritize the work and prepare a scope around your goals and budget. The page does not assume that the entire lawn needs the same work.

Do you offer French drains or sprinkler repairs?

QuietScapes offers French-drain work, subject to a site review. We do not provide irrigation or sprinkler-system services, or pesticide applications. A French drain is not a guaranteed solution for every standing-water problem.

How does the September offer work?

Qualifying projects receive $25 off $250+, $50 off $500+, or $100 off $1,000+. The planner illustrates one highest qualifying tier rather than adding the discounts together. Your written estimate confirms eligibility, scope and any applicable taxes.

Can you help me plan around HOA requirements?

Tell us about your association and bring the current guidelines or project requirements to the discussion. The homeowner is responsible for required approvals. Document-preparation availability and any fee must be confirmed in the project scope.
