How do I receive the $200 RGB savings?
Approve a qualifying RGB roofline quote, sign the agreement and pay the required 50% deposit before October 15, 2026. The $1,799 starting price already includes $200 savings versus the $1,999 starting price beginning October 15. Sending a request alone does not reserve the rate or an installation date.
Does the starting price include the whole display in the pictures?
No. The roofline packages cover up to 200 linear feet of qualifying first-story roofline. Trees, shrubs, wreaths, entry garland, garage outlines, driveway lighting, upper roofs and other décor are separate. The images are design concepts, not completed-job claims or exact package examples.
Can you quote a two-story home?
Yes. Send photos and your address for a custom quote. Upper-story lighting and high-access work are not included in the advertised first-story packages. We review footage, roofline complexity and safe access before finalizing the price.
What if my lights stop working?
Contact QuietScapes at 936-445-6758. Repair service for covered lighting issues on our installations is provided within 24 hours, subject to weather and safe access. This is not a 24/7 emergency electrical service. Unsafe property wiring needs a qualified electrician.
Can I request an appointment without photos?
Yes. Photos help us prepare a mockup, but you can send them later. Share your preferred timing and we will confirm a consultation or next step. A request is not an automatically confirmed installation appointment.
Are the lights and next year’s installation included?
We supply the lighting for the agreed design, plus this season’s installation, included service, takedown, pickup and labeled storage. Your written agreement specifies lighting ownership and storage terms. Next season’s reinstallation is quoted separately.

2026 offer, scope and service terms
RGB early-booking savings: $1,799 starting price before October 15 versus $1,999 beginning October 15. Offer ends October 14, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Central. An approved written quote, signed agreement and required 50% deposit must be received before the deadline. The $200 discount is already included, applies once to a qualifying RGB roofline package, and cannot be stacked with another offer. The Classic C9 starting price is $1,299 and does not receive an additional $200 reduction.
Both advertised roofline packages apply to up to 200 linear feet of qualifying first-story, standard-access roofline. Final price depends on footage, access and agreed scope. Upper-story lighting, difficult or steep access, extra footage and additional décor are separately quoted. Applicable tax, if any, is additional and shown in the written quote. Installation dates are subject to availability, safe working conditions and applicable community requirements.
*Repair service within 24 hours applies to covered lighting issues with QuietScapes installations during the agreed service period. Unsafe weather, access restrictions or unsafe customer electrical conditions may delay physical work. We will communicate the next safe service time. This is not an emergency electrical service.
Lighting supply, takedown, pickup and labeled off-season storage are included as specified in the agreement. Ownership, cancellation, storage duration and next-season pricing are governed by the written agreement. Next season’s reinstallation is not included in this season’s price.
